On celebrating your girlfriend’s first year at the office

It was truly a memorable day for all of us in the office as my honey, Sweetperceptions, gave us a treat to remember. Starting from breakfast, where she gave us all some sandwiches with cheese spread in between, it went on to snacks at around 10am. She treated us to her specialty: Kaniloni pasta. By then, everyone was full.
But it didn't stop there. She bought two ultra-large jumbo super duper biggie-sized pizza for lunch. Our eyes, minds and stomach were all spinning due to the food but we kept on going.
Since I'm special for my honey, she gave me a one-of-a-kind treat. She whipped out a dish full of mushrooms made just for me. I liked this food a lot so I didn't mind if I'm becoming bloated. I just grabbed my utensils and ate the dish with my honey.
At 3pm, my honey served another food yet again! She gave each officemate ice cream in cones. Wow! By then, all we could say was "asrowr ajkjdrowr mghrowrk sfrhtgouho" (our mouths were so full we couldn't speak right).
I really loved the way my honey made her first year in the office very special. It wasn't just for her or for me. She made it a point to include everyone around her! She loves seeing the smiles of people. It makes her happy.
And that is why I love her… for just being her!

It didn't matter that I was so tired (from work and from shopping for ingredients) the day before or that I woke up at around 4AM to cook and prepare all these. All that ever mattered for me was to see everyone happy. Not only was it technically an "all-expense-paid-full-meal-day", but it was also a day of celebrating one year with my gametel family.
Because I am more of a vegetarian (though not completely one), I was not able to eat more than a slice of the monstrous-size pizza that I bought. It was mostly pepperoni and meat stuffs. I was also able to bring them pasta, but I myself am not a big fan of pasta, so I also did not have at least a plate of my own masterpiece. What I enjoyed the most was having to eat the mushroom dish I prepared for my honey, together with my honey.
Not only was I very happy that day because I made everyone else happy… I was also surprised because my honey prepared something for me. After a long long time of seeking for this movie, he's finally found it and made me a copy. The movie was "The Brave Little Toaster". I loved it since I was a kid, but has never ever found a copy of that movie soon after the legendary "Betamax" has already disappeared. My honey even asked some colleagues of ours to help him out with his scheme. Thanks to Bong and to Joe for helping out make this surprise worth remembering.
I love this day. I shall never forget 20 March 2007.. more so, it can never come to this if not for 20 March 2006.. and so I love this day too..
