On having quality time through brisk walking

I love weekdays. It’s not because of work but rather because of the quality time I’m going to spend with my honey. Lately we’ve been spending some of our after-work time in having brisk walks around a circular walkway found within the campus of a university. As we pace side by side, we usually have these good talks mashed up with giggles and guffaws. It’s great exercise not only for the heart but also for the abs (laughter can really crunch those stomach muscles).
Walking has never been this fun for me. I really really enjoy this routine. Not only do I enhance my stamina, I also get to spend some leisure time with my Honey.
Exercise + date = fun!

That’s a very clever way to have a date/work-out! Very practical and beneficial.
